Custom and Personalized Items: Due to the customized nature of our products, we can only accept returns if there is a defect in the item or if we made an error in the customization process.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging.

Return Process: If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as per your preference. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
